It consists in a sustainable production system with low environmental impact that guarantees the best possible quality and that offers complete traceability.
A supply chain model is the best guarantee on the origin of the raw material and on the safety during each transformation process.
The strength of our supply chain:
- We supply seeds that are selected by us and certified;
- We offer a fixed price to farmers to protect them from market fluctuations;
- We guarantee the withdrawal of the harvest at a price that is the arranged before the sowing;
- We check all cultivation phases on the fields.

CULTIVATION
Farro cultivation is organized following a supply chain and the entire productive process is completely traced. We are in the fields with the farmers to ensure the best quality result, following a sustainable productive model.
Our farro is grown in organic farms located in central and southern Italy.
CONTROL
We select the seed that every year we give to the farmers of our supply chain.
We directly transform the raw material to obtain flours and semolinas, using a natural stone milling.
CONFIDENCE
We stipulate a cultivation contract with the farmers of our supply chain which adds an ethical value to each of our products.
Farmers are guaranteed with fixed price and harvest withdrawal, as well as the security of a supply chain system that follows and listens to them.
