In the “Exhibition field” every year we monitor and maintain in purity the varieties of our supply chain, experimenting with new agronomic solutions and different selections. Through a process of careful evaluation of the characteristics of each spike, we take care of our varietal heritage to protect biodiversity and to naturally improve the characteristics of our farro.
