A natural passion for Farro
Our scientific research and the passion for Farro started in 1991 and since then we have focused our attention on due varieties in particular:
- Emmer Wheat (Triticum dicoccum), farro par excellence;
- Einkorn Wheat (Triticum monococcum), the father of all grains
Since then, we have been selecting, producing and transforming only our varieties of Farro, entrusting them only to trustworthy farmers of the centre of Italy, who are constantly assisted during the whole cultural process.
